The gp practice was tiring. I was to meet Cameron, Dan, and Jeremy on the Saturday qualifying session at the GP, but I had to bring all my stuff. My pack was heavy because I brought a lot of water. (I drank all of it, too.) I call this pic "how not to do a GP."
I had planned a few meeting spots out with the guys, but we didn’t connect. After a while, I just gave up and enjoyed the practice and qualifying session. Poor Raikonnen! His car broke, and caused a pretty spectacular crash. Kudos to Ferrari, they worked hard and got Raikonnen into a working car by the last session without a new engine penalty.
I met Ross, Chris and Chuck at the circuit. These poor guys have been having a hard time because their car keeps breaking down on them. With no sign of my group, we decided to stick together and figure everything out at their hotel. This way I could figure out my next move without lugging a 40 pound pack around Milan.
